October was PT month
The PTs put together activities for each week of October. Week 1 was dedicated to spreading the word that October was PT Month and enjoying a piece of candy to get ready for the upcoming activities. Week 2 was to put up signs for Every Move Makes a Difference! Then, to sign up for Take the Field. Week 3 involved applying a compression wrap to a sprained knee using a Coban wrap on a skeleton's knee (see pictures below) and estimating the number of candy corn pieces in the skeleton head container. The winner was Evelyn Carreto (not pictured) at PAEC Center. Week 4 was matching the name of the PT with their picture, naming that bone, and picking a number between 1 and 200. The prize was a $5.00 gift card to Starbucks. Ellen Braunhausen (see picture below) was the winner at PAEC Center. Week 5 PTs put together a Google Slides presentation to educate people about PT. Everyone who viewed the slides qualified for a fidget or a piece of candy.
